Supplements

My approach is always food first. Supplements can support your training and health, but they do not replace a solid diet, good sleep and consistency.

What I Recommend

For most people, a simple and reliable stack is more than enough:

  • Protein powder (whey or similar) to help you hit your daily protein target
  • Creatine monohydrate for strength, performance and muscle support
  • Basic health support if needed — vitamin D, omega 3, or a multivitamin

You do not need a cupboard full of products. The basics, done consistently, always beat complicated supplement stacks.

Trusted Brands & Future Recommendations

I’m selective about the supplements and brands I recommend. If I include discount codes or direct product links in the future, they will only be for products I genuinely trust and would confidently recommend to clients.

My priority is always recommending supplements that are simple, reliable and supported by evidence rather than hype.

Any future affiliate links or discount codes featured on this page will only be included for products I genuinely rate and would recommend regardless of partnership.
